New Player Information
If you are interested in becoming a Hornet, please register your interest at rivercityhornets@gmail.com.
We are a large club with limited training venues and coaches so unfortunately we are limited in the amount of players we can have.
We do keep a waiting list each season for players who may have missed out on registering with a team. Where possible, we do offer "Train only" programs for some athletes who are looking to join next season. This program is $100 to contribute in covering court hire fees for training.
If you are transferring from another club within South West Metro (Algester Hawks, Cannons Southside, Rochedale Wildcats, Mt Gravatt Magic, Runcorn Rockets or Sunnybank Hills Hurricanes), SWMBI will need to transfer your records from the previous club to our club before they can play. To do this, you must complete a SWM Club Transfer form (Found on our home page under links) to gain clearance from your previous club.
